Product Introduction:
The stainless steel high shear bottom-entry emulsification pump is a high-performance dispersing and emulsifying machine designed for bottom entry into containers. It is used for mixing, emulsifying, and dispersing free-flowing or viscous liquid media in batch operations. Based on the rotor-stator principle, the ECA series is suitable for applications that cannot be achieved with traditional stirring methods.

It is a bottom-mounted high shear dispersing and emulsifying machine suitable for special environments or sanitary requirements, installed at the bottom of containers to discharge materials or perform circulation after processing. Traditional bottom-mounted installations cannot discharge materials independently after processing. The ECA series can provide two different circulation modes: internal and external.
The ECA machine can avoid strong vortexes and aeration, even when the tank has a very low filling level or the container is being emptied during stirring or dispersion.
The ECA machine features a simple and sturdy design. It consists of a three-phase motor, a rotor drive shaft, and a flange, equipped with a rotor integrated with a protective cover to form a compact unit. The standard ECA model is suitable for handling temperatures up to 120 °C. The shaft seal uses a low-maintenance mechanical seal.
